On July 1st, 2025, on LeBreton Flats in Ottawa, Canada celebrated “Loud and Proud” with both solemnity and excitement.​

At the midday show, speeches by Prime Minister Mark Carney and the Duke of Edinburgh set the tone for an emotional ceremony, which concluded with Governor General Mary Simon investing remarkable Canadians into the Order of Canada.​
In the evening, the entire country pulsed to the rhythm of a unifying concert, broadcasted from coast to coast, bringing together legends and rising stars such as Sarah McLachlan, Cœur de Pirate, Muzion, Amanda Marshall, TALK, and many more.​
